OcerT Consulting Services (Shanghai) Ltd. was founded in April 2003, and is headquartered in Jiading New Town – "the best livable city of China" in Shanghai, the P.R.C. Its office is located on the side of Yuanxiang Lake, east to axis of Shanghai International Circuit and Yuanxianghu Community of Jiading New Town to indicate a propitious omen. The Shanghai International Circuit on the west end and Yuanxiang Lake on the east end are respectively on both ends of the axis. The F1 circuit is in "Shang" shape (pronounced in Shang), and Yuanxiang Lake has the meaning of "Hai" (means sea, and pronounced in Hai), showing "Shang" and "Hai" in a bird view.
